Together with my team of researchers, I define interesting research and innovation opportunities to meet the industry's present and future needs. Once these opportunities are clearly defined, I guide my R&D team in translating the ideas into project proposals with clear goals and milestones, and finally in performing the actual research work that is carried out in close collaboration with the industry, international research partners from different disciplines and with our own pilot platform team and laboratory workers.
Our greatest joy is to find novel, sustainable, practical and ready-to-implement solutions.
