The inauguration of Recticel's recycling pilot line for foam waste from old mattresses was attended by Minister Muyters (Minister of Work, Economy, Innovation & Sport). The recycling machine is a major step in the direction of a circular production process and is a result of the project ALFIBOND in which Centexbel was involved. Bob Vander Beke initiated the project that was carried out by Daniël Verstraete. Recticel's pilot machine is based on a suggestion of Daniël.
